At Joyful Cargo, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Downloadable digital products or gift cards
  • Personal care and health-related items

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books or media with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any return made after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.  If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:
  1. Recheck your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (some processing delays may occur).
  3. If you still need help, contact us at cargojoyful@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at cargojoyful@gmail.com

Shipping Returns

Please send all returns to:
cargojoyful@gmail.com.

You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned item
